I know I might get criticized for saying this, but we used to get battered many times each season, especially in away games. Now, we're set up in a way that gives us a chance to win every match. It's individual mistakes or a lack of quality in attack that cost us every week. If we address these issues in the summer, we can have a really strong season next year. Right now, we lack quality players — you find yourself praying that your striker should at least hold on to the ball. It’s easy to blame the coach, but the squad simply isn’t good enough.

We are average in the league this season. We are not average in the Europa League. We are the only unbeaten team remaining in all of Europe competition.

Imagine if Amad stays fit the whole of next season, we now play him and Cunha regularly as 10s, with Mount and Garnacho as options feom the bench. We then find a competent strong and mobile DM to partner Bruno. Then garnish it with an elite striker.
