Ingredients:
Garden Eggs
Fresh Red Peppers
Titus Fish
Palm Oil
Onions
Salt
Seasoning

Steps:
Wash and Boil garden eggs (When garden eggs are soft the skin would start to peel off)
remove and place in a bowl of cold water then start to peel the skins
After peeling blend, pound or mash with a fork
Blend or pound fresh peppers and onions roughly
Meanwhile, wash, season and boil the fish
When fish is cooked, mash and set aside

Heat a fair quantity of palm oil
Add the pepper and onions
Add fish stock, stir and leave to simmer
When it has properly fried with little water, add the garden egg and stir
Then add the fish
Salt and season to taste
Cook for 3mins and turn off the heat.

Your garden egg stew is ready
