sorry dear, pregnancy is really nt easy. is dis ur first? For d spittibg, try chewing on ice. u can also kp bitter kola in ur mouth, u dont need to chew it.. For d oda complaint, try nt to eat late at nyt and dont lie down imm after eating. jisike

How did you confirm your pregnancy? Did u do a PT or an ultrasound scan?
The pregnancy has to be confirmed first and if it has been, you have to go to a hospital for proper examination (your cervical os will checked and you may repeat the scan too) bcz it may be a case of incomplete abortion and this may become a septic abortion when infected (this poses a risk to fertility).

u re welcome dear. abt ur appetite, just tk it easy. Eat little @ a tym just dat u may hv to eat for up to 4-5times in a day bt small qty per tym.Tk plenty fruits and veggies.Try as much as u can to tk ur prenatal meds, very impt. wishing u an enjoyable preggy ride

I don't expect anything less ;(

Using the prostaglandinic drug,MISOPROSTOL unethically provokes such a complaint.Yours is not even worse,go to the clinic and see for yourself.

It is not adviceable(in some cases) to use misoprostol by oral intake.This is because the liver can break it down to a somewhat poisnous substance.

I strongly advice you stop anymore intake of that drugs in whatever method(insertion,intravenous,orally etc) and a see a medical doctor and not that pharmacist again.

Most blackish-like Catamenia(menstrual fluid) resolves themselves.Though it is not rare,this is the first case i have melt in Nairaland.Some persons i have come about did experience either as blackish,brown,darkish brown and almost all the time thick but less of endometrial tissue.I usually see this as a matter of;

1)Contractile inability of the smooth muscles of the uterus to drain the uterus at time or period of shredding.This may not let down the fluid in a hurry;a short or long of this fluid may cause the fluid to be breakdown-this result to the darkness.This may be normal and can also be abnormal from my perception.

2)A partial closure of the endocervix of the uterus or serious scarring of the endocervix.The former explanation is also assumed.

3)Adult females that might have done abortion once or twice may have this challenge.

4)Pathology with the uterus,such as fibroid or polyp or whatever is just a riskfactor.

See a Urologist or a medical doctor for your healings.

As for me i cant make anything out of what you just narrated,a doctor to observe your penile zone and inguinal fold seems to be the only to procure a special form of management to your problem.

You said,you are menstruating and you also ascertained that you are not ovulating in same vain.

First,how do you know that all the menstruation you suffered indeed never preceded from ovulation?

I strongly may not agree with you that you are not ovulating.Even if I should,i may agree that some of the menstrual cycle may have resulted from ovular cycle and others from an anovular cycle.This gives a mixture of ovulation and anovulation.

Funny enough anything could be wrong.At this point in time,visiting a gynaecologist is essential to have yourself available for a pelvic exam.It is also necessary you do any of the gynaecological sonography to find out any abnormality with the uterus and the adnexae.Most essential is an hormone profiling to check for hormonal imbalance.

While,you may await for this appointment with a doctor.It may also be adviceable that with the use of some painrelief to ease your pains your cramping will be reduced.Moreover,due to increase loss of menstrual fluid the use of folic acid and vitamin-B12 can help against anaemic condition.

That was the only thing that I had contact with, infact there was no attempt at penetrating, all he did was just caressing. I was scared so I took postinor 2 on day 11 ( less than 48hrs after the act). Exactly two weeks after taking the postinor 2 (which is my day 25), I had my menses (no difference in colour and/or duration) and I was relieved. The week after I was placed on triple therapy for ulcer treatment (omeprazole, amoxycillin and metronidazole) for 2 weeks. This span to the third week of my cycle. The problem now is that my period for this month, by day 26 I started having pms just like I normally do for say 4-5 days before the bleeding. However up till now, my period is yet to come. I took urine pregnancy test and it came out negative. is it the postinor that is messing with my cycle or the triple therapy thing. This is my first, no prior experience like this n my normal cycle is 28/29 days.

so sorry abt ur miscarriage. Try to relax, miscarriage has a way of 'disorganising' ur system.Let ur body heal gradually.Eat well and rests well. cheers

sorry abt ur case. was d orchitis treated well by a specialist? ow long ago did u notice d disappearance of one of ur tes.ticles, did u report to a specialist? I kno there re supplemnts dat boost sperm count bt dont kno if they ll b helpfl in ur case. Pls see a specialist. wish u d best.

Ma'am, ur hormone profile clearly shows your hormonal secretions are optimal. For PCOS, a pelvic/abdominal USS shld be run. Also, medical history relating to menstruation and ovulation is needed in PCOS Dx.

TTC delay could be as a result of unsucessful implantation. So just keep trying. Delay isn't denial!
