Pls experts should help

Was browsing my web using uc browser. A Website popped giving an impression that I have been chosen by Uc browser to win a new iPhone x. This might be possible if uc browser was undergoing sales promotion or something similar.
This is displayed in the 1st picture.I had started t filling up the details. The turn down was where I was told to fill in my card details to be used as payment for delivery.As can be seen in the last picture.The question that raised this turn down was, a company willing to pay for ur iPhone X. Y would the ask for a dollar in order to ship it in.
If this should be a scam, my hope is that people do not fall for it. A person that has access to all this , I think should have all access to the such an ATM card
