I wished I just returned from USA, but unfortunately I have been in Naija all my life so far. Yes granted most governors return to complete their second term but the point is they do so through election. Ameachi's second term was through the ballot box that's my point of argument it was only his first term he got in through the court. I understand you are trying to say that " if "the court didn't get him there in the first place second term may not have been possible. Well that is just a mere " if " because the fact remains that he was elected into office for his second tenure.

The name Amaechi could have been given by the grandmother who wanted his son to be like Mbazulike Amaechi, a first Republic Aviation minister.

Are you for real? Because that was in his first tenure that the court made him governor. He was elected the governor of Rivers state in his second tenure.

I must say that the writeris a good constituent of Bayelsa East senatorial constituency and is aware of some of the major challenges in his area. Am sure this write up of his if summarized and put forward to the senator elect, he is sure going to see lots of sense in it. But I must urge him to know that while the senator elect should be champion for Bayelsa East, he should also be a nationalist too. If there is a problem with the nation, the people of Bayelsa East may also be affected.
