Surely Nigeria Army needs a minimum qualification from prospective soldiers before admitting them into Nigerian Army.
So why do they purportedly seize these "certificates" that belong to retired soldiers?

What is so difficult in submitting your certificates if you have them?

Why do you need to employ the services of 50 lawyers to keep yourself from fulfilling a requirement?

The argument with Buhari was that Jonathan and his Nigerian Army politically prevented Buhari`s certificates from being released.

What about now? Who is holding onto this certificate this time?

Is Buhari not Army himself? Is he not the Commander-in-Chief of the Nigerian armed forces and in-essence the army himself?

In other words, Buhari is holding onto his certificate, refusing to submit it to scorn every single Nigerian who have toiled so hard to obtain their qualifications.

Its obvious no one holds Nigerians in much contempt as this lifeless renegade who calls himself Mr integrity.
