Our client, a leading supplier of luxury household fittings and innovative surfaces in Nigeria seeks to hire:
Job title: FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER
Location: Ikeja Lagos
Role & Responsibilities:
·         Day-to-day financial management including invoice, cash management, product costing and pricing.
·         Monitor sales and cash flow
·         Prepare budget for the entire organization
·         Approve monthly inventory counts
·         Manage relationship with tax and regulatory agencies
·         Run payroll and system payments
·         Liaise with suppliers, vendors and other related stakeholders.
·         Monthly management accounts/ bank reconciliation.
 
Candidate Profile & Qualification:
·         Bsc or HND in Finance/Accounting or related course
·         Sound knowledge of local accounting practices and procedures
·         At least 2 years professional experience in a reputable organization
·         Prior experience of having final responsibility for the quality and content of financial data, reporting and audit coordination.
·         Technology savvy with experience in the use of accounting and reporting software
·         Organization and problem solving skills
·         Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
·         Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of the organization.
·         Strong leadership & managerial skills.
·         Strong sense of judgment
·         Timeliness, good time management.
·         Initiative and self-motivation.
 
Remuneration: N100k-N125k per month dependent on experience.
