He's not from Kano, the Medicals was done in Kano. Am not sure when he did his interview but am guessing sometime in July.

Yes, that's the list am talking about.. Frankly, I don't know about any other list, so I can't confirm or deny.

We've all been posted to different offices, so the said list is for the postings.

People are spreading false information just because they didn't make the cut. We shouldn't have to blame the system. Yes, the system has got it's flaws but just to an extent. I don't know anyone in ITF, I happened to be in Jos (I don't come to jos very often, just faith) when the applications were being submitted and I did. I got called for the interview and eventually got the Job. Believe me when o say I don't know ANYONE in ITF. We all know people in government so I would be lying if I say I don't know anyone in government, but the truth is, I never called in any favour for my application. I was destined to be there. We can't all be employed, so let's stop being bitter about it.
And about the recruitment, based on what was said in the orientation; it has been concluded. Information about batches or later invites are completely false.

100% true. Documentation was done yesterday, it will be completed very early on Monday before induction.

How concrete is your source? Cause I heard the recruitment is concluded, that all successful candidates have been called

A staff just told me, they are calling it batch by batch

I just hope they'll call in batches, just like in the interview..

I hope they release the list soonest...

Not true...! I know of a candidate that scored 50% and received a mail for second stage.

That is when Union Bank brand is not selling. During that time, they are employing over 500 candidates for a period of 2 years (2012 -
2014) using the same set of results obtained in 2012. In fact people with 40% with good personality test were called because few people applied and many tuned down their offer immediately they knew the recruitment is for Union Bank.

But this time it is different ball game, over 60,000 applications for less than 120 slots. Do the maths yourself. Anyway, I have learnt and see people's faith working for them. You might just be among the few I have known.

I like the part you said faith. Its actually depends on the what the banks wants. If the bank decides to employ by origin, meaning giving chance to each state, then you may find someone who scored 48, 50, 60% being called for next stage, because probably those were the highest scores in that pool.

Please have they started giving out appointment letters? Unconfirmed sources giving me such information.

I wrote mine today in Kano.. And I receive the mail for verification tomorrow.

Did anyone receive a mail for certificate verification after the test?

In my opinion, I think most banks are indifferent about your major when it comes to marketing. They are only worried about the cash you can bring to the bank.

Yes, I did.. The call I placed to HCP responded saying that the results have been forwarded to the bank and the bank will contact us; then I placed a call to the bank and after making me wait as she confirmed, the reply was that the invites hasn't been sent yet and we'll be notified.

Thank you for your updates. Left to the bank, we will still be waiting for invites.. Perhaps, those that aren't in this forum are probably doing same.

The Interview is still Ongoing as at now and about 60+ persons were invited here in Abj... comprising those who wrote d test December last year and this February.

Hence my doubt of the invite, I don't think the aptitude test have been concluded.

These responses makes me doubt the authenticity of the claims. No one is giving any concrete information. It's all centered around getting invites and nothing more.
