Generally speaking though, it's easier to bag a first class degree in courses that entail calculations than those that don't have calculations. So, I totally agree with some of the courses the OP posted there.
Put simply, it's much more 'easier' for anyone to bag a first class degree in Mathematics/Computer Science, than for anyone to bag that same class of degree in English Language.

Please, desist from making assumptions when using the term "generally". Where did you get your demographics? Where are the data? What criteria did you use in making your decisions? How did you arrive at your conclusions?

You said, "... it is easier getting first class degree in courses that entail calculations..." This is what's called a sweeping statement. You think computing, engineering, and related courses are all about calculations. What about making critical decisions when it's most needed especially when subjected to tight deadline; or writing technical and non-technical reports; or yet making recommendations as well as catching up to tons of course works? Perhaps, those emerge from calculations?

In conclusion, first class is not necessary, just ensure you do your best and enjoy every bit of challenges thrown at you.

1... Agric related courses
2....Engineering courses
3.... Computer science
4.... Philosophy
5.... Sociology
6.... Public administration
7.... Geology
8.... Yoruba
9.... Mass Communication
10...Political science

Now note people also do fail but am just saying this courses are quite easy to get a first class in with the being hardworking...dont be lazy

The above-listed courses are not as easy as maintained. In fact, the stated courses(including Yoruba) require a significant effort to finish off let alone graduate with flying colors. As a First Class graduate(Yes, I graduated with a 1st in computing), having a First Class degree in computing or any course is equally daunting and challenging, though achievable. You literally put it as, 'hey, go for these courses and you'd get your first class'. Bagging a first class degree requires not only a great deal of effort but also a considerable approach to working smart. Working smart varies largely- from getting feedback from your tutors to making sure all classes and labs are attended as well as ensuring your time management and organizational skills are on par with your course works.

Notwithstanding, from a "serious" student's perspectives, given the preceding paragraph amongst other self-developing criteria, first class is as , to some degree, easy as given.

gprs, though not shown in the picture, is 2.5g. It has an upward speed of about 384kbps. edge is also 2.5g but has a higher speed than that of GPRS. It's not there for business purposes as vendors would prefer selling the idea of 2g to 3G, etc. Be aware that the speed shown are just as theoretical since closeness to base station, coding techniques, technologies used, and your phone(does it support all the technologies to ensure the optimum speed?) can significantly impact the speed performance.

Other improvements not included in the figure are, HSPDA, HSPUA, and HSPA+ which is very close to 4G. More so, as said earlier , its sole purpose is marketing techniques as organisations like to make more money by pushing unrealistic and easy-to-understand terms to us.

Are you aware of blackberry OpenSSL FREAK vulnerability that downgrades your SSL encryption cipher-suites to a weak one that can be exploited?

Sorry if I came off a bit too technical there. It just goes to show that Blackberry is not as secure as you think. The above mentioned is just one of the potential vulnerabilities that can impact your BBM security mechanisms.

While the comments here are valid, it is disappointing that none has pointed towards "security". Do you know that the more applications and services installed on your "state-of-the-art" phone, the more security vulnerabilities the phone would have? For an elite like Otedola, security of his private data would be one of his major concerns, subsequently the phone- the only thing that can be performed on it is "voice" not data. And the phone, if I remember, has an in-built encryption.
