Resist the urge to look at any seductive pictures even if it means staying away from movies and internet for sometime.
Disconnect from any friend who lures you to watch pornography or any suggestive images.

2. Study and meditate on God's word
Meditate on Galatians 5, confess to yourself daily that you have control over yourself.

3. Pray when you are alone
Because by no strength shall no man prevail.
In addition, be accountable to God and to yourself too.
If possible, keep a diary of yourself to take note of your daily progress.

4. Fight the good fight even when you fall
The bible says even when a righteous man falls 7 times, he gets up.
Never stop.

Remember, it takes only 21 days to break a habbit.

My is Charles and I hail from IMO state. I masturbate a lot with photos of women with very long natural hair and also with women chewing gum. I've tried to stop it with no avail.
