Rape is not gender based,rape is not only on heterosexual basis,a woman can rape a man and vise versa,a lesbian can rape another lesbian,a gay man can rape a fellow gay.Rape is forcefully engaging in sexual activity on someone who's not willing to oblige in it.In this case whether who did this to her is a male or a female it is still regarded as "rape".
