I've been suspecting this.

Nairaland doctors and medical practioners, my colleague and friend is sick and has been absent from work for almost two weeks now.

What will make someone's body to just swell up like that?
His testes and scrotum are also swollen. His face is swollen. The picture here was taken when the swell on his face had already subsided, it was worse than seen here. He can't walk properly. I just took him to the hospital now and we are back. But before today, he had being to a particular hospital. He said he wasn't getting proper attention there, so he had to go to another hospital which is a general hospital. They have done all tests but they haven't found anything. It's really strange and mysterious. We really need your inputs here.

His blood pressure was also checked today, and it is very low.
