I have been in Abj for years; i clear message was passed today via the protest. Suleja Express, Kugbo/Karu, CBD, Secretariat etc were all covered; court order restraining protesters to use mko stadium alone for the protest was defied.

It was obvious today that the people are the government. Security operatives also did their best.

The protest wouldn't have come up in the first place if the prices of staple food didn't skyrocketed.

Nigerians are hungry, Naira doesn't have value again, subsidy was removed and reintroduce yet fuel is 700 currently in Abuja (minus NNPC stations).

I left my house just to take a look at places here but i was forced to get some grasses (a show of solidarity to protesters) Abuja is a ghost town now as most people stay indoors while others are protesting.

Today's message alone is loud and clear to Mr President and all his principal officers.
