Public speech might helps at a later stage not now. My son stammers, so what i do is to make him to repeat what he said slowly. I told him not rush whenever he wants to say something. Make the student to read a passage saying d words one by one. The student should breath in and out before talking.

The NTI lagos chapter is at ogba. Go to any keystone bank and pay 2350 for application form. U will be given a pin to fill ur form on nti portal which is www.ntionline.org and print 2 copies. Later, an admissions letter will be sent to you. Pay ur school fee and fill ur form.After filling, print 2 copies. Take it to ayedere junior high school, kosofe to be signed by d center manager on a Saturday. After it has been signed, take it to ogba to be signed and u'l be given ur modules. I finished my programme last year December. Best of luck

I was breaking eggs into a bowl and throwing d shells into d dustbin. A series of thought was crossing my mind and by the time i realised what i was doing i found out i was breaking an egg directly into d bin. I felt so silly that day.

Dont encourage it and draw the line between teacher- students relationship cos if u fall into their traps that might be the beginning of a downfall which i dont pray for you. Caution them firmly. Reduce the way u play or joke with them. Some male teachers do encourage such advance through the way they interact with the girl, some touch or joke with them anyhow.

This is a wonderful forum and i give kudos to the originator of this thread (Golden dr) and every other great and wonderful educators/teachers that have been contributing to this thread. God bless you all, actually am growing passionate interest in teaching cos young teenagers look up to you as they get inspired most especially when the kids understand your teachings and can apply the knowledge in their everyday living and they get to like you as a person. I' m currently teaching the senior secondary students but the challenge i'm having is the female students some of them are crushing on me (making advances at me like winking eyes and blowing kisses) which is very obvious and i am trying to avoid a scandal or lose my job please great erudite scholars and teachers how do you i handle this set of students? (although am in my mid twenties just so you know) your honest opinion and critics is allowed am open to receiving it.

I think Chokem college, ojomo still needs maths and computer teacher. Also pillar school needs teacher dt can teach their senior art students. Both schools are in ajegunle, ikorodu road.
