Nogen:Seriously doubt that is possible...tried attaching my statement of account to my change of intent letter to the embassy and got a generic mail that my mail will not be opened unless all attachments are removed...think it's a email protection policy to prevent virus attack... |

Apple19:Mid last year, a family friend got her visa for birthing purpose with MIHS appointment letter. She thereafter got another appointment with doctores para ti and made part payment. We asked why she changed her mind and she said arizona was too far as advised by her neighbour. On arrival@ Chicago POE, she was asked why she changed her flight to elpaso having told the VO that she was Arizona bound. She was termed to be fraudulent, her visa and accompanying daughter's was cancelled with prejudice and even the husband's own who did not accompany on the trip was cancelled. She was harassed, bullied and put on the next flight back to Nigeria while her passport was given to nigerian immigration at airport. Let's be mindful of porting to ensure we do not end up been deported. |
iya01:Hello, had a similar experience in Dec, 2013. Went for my visa interview was 5 months gone but didn't disclose the pregnancy... Fast forward March, i wrote to lagosniv about change of travel plan on the basis that my employer changed our leave policy hence, I cld not take both maternity and annual leave in the same financial year. Thus, I opted out to spend my maternity leave in the USA and needed their concurrence to firm up my travel plans aka hospital bills, flight etc. At POE at detroit, I was asked why I didn't declare the pregnancy and I simply stuck to my story that my intent at first was to spend my annual leave, but in view of changes to our leave policy, I opted out to give birth in the USA and communicated this to the embassy and in view of their response, I proceeded. The Cbp officer was impressed, collected the letter, discussed with his colleagues and supervisor and checked me in for my connecting flight to phoenix. Having said all, Pls pray for the holy spirit to guide you on the step to take...this was the first thing I did before I wrote to the embassy and it was the magic bullet at POE. Wish u all the best....you can check my previous post as shilexy |
