To be sincere, Maria doesn’t have fake accent.

It’s possible for one to have different accents comfortably.

Some have igbotic and pure English accent, some have Yoruba, Hausa, Akwa Ibom and still good English accent.

Maria foreign accent is real, that she switches sometimes doesn’t make her foreign accent unreal.

The real definition of fake foreign accent is MERCY EKE.

That’s what it means for one to have fake foreign accent, she was called Ameri-Igbo for a reason.

Mercy’s own was even better than one fair girl during Miracle’s time. E be like she stayed for sometime in America but her accent was damn funny…

I said this thing yesterday. Maria’s accent is fake. Extremely fake for that matter. You should have seen and heard her last night while she talked with (what’s that small boy with braided hair’s name again) there was no trace of a foreign accent. It was pure naija for good plenty minutes ( can’t put a tag on it. Wasn’t checking the clock) when person get foreign accent but were raised by naija parents, they can switch but not for long the way Maria did and it won’t sound very naija. She seemed to have forgotten herself last night.

But in all seriousness though, children who grow up in different countries tend to adopt all the different accents they meet. Such people then tend to switch accents when they go to new places in an effort to blend. maybe she has subconsciously decided to stick with the Nigerianised accent because majority in the house are like that.

U have to be intelligent to consistently drop Good rhymes and bars....u also have to be intelligent to sustain your success and grow your wealth beyond the confines of the industry that gave u ur initial breakthrough. Learn to go beyond the surface when having discussions. This discussion goes beyond hip-hop culture and hits. It involves financial acumen, facts and figures.

I don't know or care if JayZ is intelligent or not but your response makes me ask this:- "Is it only intelligent people who become super successful"?

In my opinion, I think there needs to be a combination of several things - Intelligence, book smartness, street smartness, ability to think out of the box, luck, creativity, pro-activity, reactivity, intuition, experience, some shadiness, networking etc etc.

Whatever the mix is, it is that mix and not just one single trait that puts some people up and above their peers.

However, anyone who manages to hold onto wealth has to have a high dose of one of the things in the mix....

I don't think he is ugly like some people say so my interest in him is limited to a curiosity as to why people find him ugly. That curiosity is the sum total of my feelings about him.

However with Blue, I like the duplication of his face on that little one. She looks so unique! I get more excited about her than both her parents.

In hindsight though, my non-reaction to JayZ might be a rebellion to the fact that so many people used to shout his name up and down. .
