I am complaining as as a recipient of callous effects of the actions on Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC and the collaboration of the federal high court Port Harcourt, court 1.

The court agreed with the oppressor that I did not file a case against NDDC within three months despite the fact that I detailed all my efforts and the obstacles set against me by the same NDDC.

It's a very bad thing in Nigeria that the state institutions are used to cause agony and depression for the common man

The way I feel this their three month thing, its justice is for sale in Nigeria

NDDC used a doctored document to obtain a judgement against me at federal high court Port Harcourt, court 1. The conspiracy between the court and NDDC is a blow to rule of law

The Nigeria court is a compromise.

On Wednesday 14th of May 2025, the judge of court 1 at the federal high court Port Harcourt fraudulently gave a ruling in favor of NDDC.

This decision by the court shows that the powerful in the country have a way of influencing the judgement in courts. Because I can't see reason why a reasonable person would sided with the oppressor in the face of series of facts that are available.

Despite the fact that everyone knows that so many things are involved if there must be any interstate travel and couple with the fact that if the service of a person has to be consulted are needed, there may be a need for certain time.

The court choose to only allow them to have their way on the ground that I did not come on time when it's the NDDC antics that caused so many of the delay.

As I have said in my earlier post, I am still maintaining it that the NDDC wilfully used a doctored document as an evidence, to me, an action that should have attracted penalty but the judge used it.

And also the judge said that I didn't come within three months but the NDDC took almost a year to come to court after I have been to the court for five times. I stay in Lagos but the court to the NDDC is about five minutes trekking.

They after almost a year the judge welcome them but when my lawyer failed to reply the court again within seven days, I was fined and the Court made sure that I paid before they continued.

Let me stop here first.

A court that wasted two years on pre-trial gave a ruling against me for not coming to Port Harcourt court from Lagos within three months.

Federal High Court Port Harcourt, court 1 took a doctored document from NDDC and made a decision on inhumane argument that I did not file a case within three months.
The same NDDC that did not respond to series of letters that I sent to them
The same NDDC that refused to respond to letters sent to them by lawyers from Lagos
The Nigerian Courts put the blame of their wickedness on me for not acting within three months.
Nigerian Legal system is confused

I believe that the duty of government is to promote and protect the welfare of its citizens. Nigerian Court used doctored document and wrong excuse to deny me my constitutional rights. It is bad

Facing ten-hour journey to attend court and another ten of return on the bad road of Nigeria just to seek through justice. Yet the court and NDDC used fabrications of their mighty powers to deny me just procedure

The NDDC that would refuse to respond to letters until after five months colluded with Federal High Court Nigeria that I did not file a case within three months together with the fact that they presented a doctored document. And the Court denied me the opportunity to air my view. It is unjust

Because of jurisdiction issue, I wasted so much time and resources, only for the court to rely on FALSIFY document to do abracadabra

I am saying that the Nigerian High Court used a doctored document as evidence to deny me the opportunity of fair hearing. A highly unjust conduct
