The world only communicate base on what is legal and accepted under international law. The whole only recognize Western Nigeria as a country, and not of part of Nigeria. They see it as a separate country different from nigeria.

This is why I talk and write this way. Can obama parade himself as Pope francis.. That is why I am the Emperor of the Independent country of the Kingdom of Western Nigeria.

You have to know , I know white man very well. there is also what is call the international law of the sea. Under international law Independent country of the Kingdom of Western Nigeria is still a country and I am the new Emperor of the Independent country of the Kingdom of Western Nigeria.


They only talk on what is legal over here, and not wuro wuro..

If you take Kano state for example. Kano state spent 44% on administrative cost.. having 6 senatorial state per state. kano, will now spend just 6% on administrative cost. using 94% for project.

Local government will be directly under their senatorial governors with no house of assembly
