God bless you for this post. The possibility of a panelist knowing if you will get the job for sure is quite "SLIM". Mind you, there are 4 center and numerous applicants from our respective states. The panelist(s) could only pass good comments based on your performance in situ. But on comparing with that of other candidates, one may be no where to be found.
Like it's been said several times, the final decision lies in God's hands.

I beg to admit that most of us on this platform act a bit childish. Your deductions from the interview panellists' body language seems vague. Out of over 3,500 interviewees that were interviewed, do you know how many come from your state? Do you know how many got all their questions correctly? Do you know how many got excellent responses from the panellists? Do you know how many candidates that will get letters without going through the processes we passed through? Do you know how many candidates whose portals were closed but were still invited for the interview? Don't you think those whose portals were opened in the 11th hour just to attend the interview have about 80% chance of getting the job? I know of guys who were just asked to tell the panellists about themselves and were asked to take a bow and go. We all should put our trust in God Almighty instead of hoping on what a panellist has told us.

its probable they'll make a wait list as you said, bcuz applications sent November 2016 are yet to be done and dusted, what of saying another 400 in the later part of the year; when'll they forward the applications. Anyway! I am here on my sofa waiting for My APL as i've secured one: Hopefully.

yes, read through my posts i said it since last week but people failed to believe me. the list of successful candidates has been with FCC since before xmas. DPR were just waiting for certificate of compliance in order to start issuing the APL's. you can confirm the above if you have anyone in FCC

Nope jan 8 is not. I know for a fact the selection process is barely started.. The interviews finished about 2weeks ago na (we know how controversial this recruitment is asper slot/merit dragging sessions couldn't hav been so quick)Work resumes 2nd right?
So even if we assume the impossible that they do the full selection on that same day and draw up the final list of candidates ON THE SAME DAY...so they will send to FCC and FCC will also take just a few days to approve? Before 8th? And letters will be typed and printed and candidates will be called too by 8th? All In 1 week? Pls feel free to draw your conclusions.. however, will it be really hard just to be patient just a few weeks more? We are close to the finish line people. It's not every conspiracy theory that actually requires a response..be anxious for nothing.

If you dont know, the shortlisting can be done in two days after the interview, there are set rules guiding the shortlisting, with a simple program a computer can print the list of successful candidates according to their state of origin to be sent to FCC. And for your information most government agencies finish their recruitment ( both open and hidden) by january. And remember interview invites were sent on sunday so nothing is impossible.

I can agree with you on the fact that the interview result is instant. The scores are sent to cloud immediately they finish interviewing a candidate. But other factors may slow the show. Things happening this fast is almost impossible.

I don't think things will happen this fast. Besides, FCC approval comes after successful candidates have been selected.

For your information FCC has already given their approval dpr before xmas break. And who tell you every recruitment is like Nlng that you have to be called for medicals first before appointment letter?

Which one is start up grant? You are only paid upfront after you are confirmed and its majorly housing and furniture allowance. It is paid early January where I work presently

Don't waste your energy on those who have programmed themselves to blame everybody and everything unnecessarily.

Check previous pages before the test, some people claimed that the recruitment has been hijacked and that new recruits have resumed ONLY for them to hide their faces in shame when aptitude test invite started rolling.

I bet you that some people who come here to make pessimistic comments neither applied for the job nor wrote the test.

You see, they keep hoping that everybody lose out eventually.

At least, that is their only source of emotional consolation for now.
