My office bought 40 new pcs on March for staff working from home, we replaced the hard drives (hdd) with SSD to make the system faster. I'm selling this hard drive both in bulk and in pieces. Bulk price is 5.5k.

overhead meaning it takes a lot of energy, if you're always driving on a traffic free road, you won't see it as an issue, but use manual car as your regular car in lagos where you'll spend on the average 4 to 5hrs everyday in the traffic.

Personally I believe manual cars are less problematic (and cheaper)than its automatic counterparts as manual offers less complicated transmissions due to lesser dependence on electronics and sensors.
However, the issue is that it posses serious overhead on the driver. People see you as sufferhead when you're driving manual cars

With budget of 700k, things might likely end in tears. However the camery will have better resale value and I'll recommend that
