In the bootcamp, you'll be placed in a group with people vying for same role as you. You'll then be given a technical problem/case study of which you and your group are to brainstorm , analyse and profer solution(s). Ensure you speak up and take initiative, ensure to be heard and proactively take note of everyone's point and summarise. Just ensure you stand out and the panelists take note of you.


You'll later be given an individual case study of which you're to prepare a PowerPoint slide and present to the panelists, put your best and be sure of whatever you're saying.

If successful at the bootcamp, you'll be invited for a second level interview with the CTO (based on your invite)

If you scale through that, you'll have another interview with the ED which is the final stage.

After which you remain in the pool till FBN comes for you with an offer. Cheers

I got an email for bootcamp role in the CTO space. What does this mean ?

Means your role fall under the purview of the CTO and if successful at the bootcamp, your second level interview will be with the CTO. I guess its just for ease of identification.

I think it's divided into CIO, CTO and CISO.

I guess it's time to finally move on. Called someone in HR and he said we should proceed to reapply for the bootcamp 4 if one is still intrested in the role.

They called some people for medicals last week and this week.

I was called last week as well as others to confirm current grade, salary and all. They said would reach out this week on the next steps, still await them.

I know of someone who got an offer last week and asking questions to weigh up with other offers got. Could you please tell how is it like working in FBN? Is the nature of their job onsite, hybrid or remote for tech peeps? How is their career development like? Do they offer continuous training to employees?

I dont have details of their work culture as I don't work in FBN as I'm a prospect awaiting offer.
