Imagine paying 5.1 million naira and you were excluded from your zone’s convention lol. Jonsing in broad day light. Money you should have used for something useful. For me, I can never use my personal money for politics in Nigeria, except I have eaten from the National cake |
Admission status on Admissions.she has changed to RESERVE on 3 of my 4 chosen universities. Did anybody else get that? if yes, what is the next step forward? |
esamade:You can message me on that WhatsApp number |
Foxie:Message me on WhatsApp 07056754069 |
Foxie:Go to your school’s exam and record building, look for the official in charge of transcript and tell them to resend the transcripts, that the school didn’t receive it. Give them the email address again and cross check to make sure it’s correct. Ps: The deadline for transcript summittion has passed, (February 2nd) so I don’t know if there’s anything positive you can do. Even addmisons would start rolling out this month |
For me, when you marry into a rich family, you won’t regret marriage as a man or woman. But when your in-laws are poor and disturbing you for the smallest financial problem, and turning you to a cash cow, then you’d regret ever married. Anyone that thinks I’m lying should do a survey of what I said. |
[quote author=Dswizy post=138273042]Hello, How far with this. What's the status? Have they received your transcript? Yes they have |

kCatalyst:Are you a student or ex-student in Sweden? If so, Please I can contact you via email? Or other media channels? |
Donamike100:I am interested in knowing the answer to this question as well, because tuition fees na d!e 😔. Anyone with useful information would be helpful |
kCatalyst:How long does it take to them to receive it? And I only sent it to the official email address, I didn’t send to their postal address stated in the image below, as I am just taking congnisance of the address now. Will they get it if I send to their official email address??
|

Still I have haven’t gotten a response on my Sweden admission portal on whether the transcript has been received. Please house, how long does it take for a Nigerian public school (uniben) to send transcript to Sweden admissions ![]() |
That young soldier just put himself in a crossroad. Because at the end of the day, power pass power. And Wike is the one with power, and there is limit to the protection the retired CNS can provide. Even if he is protected, there would be some of his superiors loyal to Wike that can either harm him or cause him problems. But nevertheless, no other option for him, as a refusal of command would put him in another jeopardy. |
So those bitcoins seized, would they return it to the victims? If not, there’s no difference between the scammer and the people who caught her. |
Rindo69:My brother! The thing not tire you? Which innovation have these men brought to thier nation that the government is giving them special treatment? It’s only the bad side they would always talk about, the sides that profited them the most, they won’t talk about it. That’s how Coscharis was complaining about losing a billion plus in a failed project. when the government gave him license to import cars into the country, he didn’t complain then o, he was making his money low-key. Now he’s looking for a way to sell courses and seminars to gullible people. |
Anybody that leaves diaspora to come set up a business in Nigeria is most time up to no good. And this is because Nigeria is a lawless country, hence any illegality thrives without been questioned. |
Strike for June that just ended barely a week ago? 🤯 Haba! ASUU calm down na, na so strike day sweet una for body |
edubot:How long would that take to happen, after filling out the form? |
@edubot. I got a mail to fill in my details in a form provided. Please what is the next stage after that? |
ChybuzzDD:I was born in the late 90s. When things were far better than now. So I’m sure you can understand my point better now? |
ChybuzzDD:At mid 40s and early 40s |
Akabuking:Okay, Mr “Rich Man” I have heard you. I would love to know how you made your riches, so you can put me on. If that’s okay by you |
Samantha125:Who told you, you’d be lonely at old age when you have money? Haven’t you seen how people (old and young) rally around old rich people? If you have money at whatever age, you can never be lonely. There is always something fun to do with money regardless of the age. Don’t let anybody tell you otherwise |
Not all old people are suffering. What one should be praying for is been financially comfortable at old age, and you can only get that from young age. Many rich old people today have been rich from young age, and they multiplied what they earn from that time on. May God help us all, because it’s one thing to be old, I’d another to be old and poor. |
@Ogashman. You’re right to some extent, because I’m the last of 4 siblings. But considering my family’s (both dad and mum) financial status, they didn’t have any business giving birth to 4, 3 at most would have been okay. I’m not saying I regret been born, but looking at the soft life my elder ones enjoyed compared to me, they really should have stopped at 3. To worsen it up, I was given birth to at old age, when they knew financial breakthrough was almost impossible for them at that age. |
Thank you so much @lavylilly. Your words of encouragement is very helpful and insightful, and I’d look into your suggestions holistically and put them into actions. However, I’m still available for any good onsite jobs within Edo state and it’s Environs, if you know any that’s available. I’m a second class lower holder from a Nigerian university with an NYSC discharge certificate. |
Good day everybody. I created this topic because I noticed that most artisans always like to demean, insult and intimidate thier apprentices. I went to barb my hair today, and the new guy who was barbing me made a small mistake, the Oga almost slapped him that I had to intervene. I really felt sorry for the guy especially after he told me that he was a graduate, I believe him because his way of expression and matured look proved to be so. This is one of the many times I have seen artisans maltreating their workers, sometimes over some trival issues. I have even heard cases where these apprentices are used for extra labour outside what they signed up for; like washing Oga's car, talking his/her children from school, going to the market to get foodstuff for madam, cleaning Oga's House, etc. So I'd like to ask the House, what is/was your own experience like when learning a skill or trade, was it a bitter or sweet experience? And how can we achieve a better learning process for these apprentices. |
I have been thinking a lot lately. But one thought that stands out the most is, how the parental background of a person plays a huge and long lasting role in his or her life. Like most billionaires and millionaires from every corner of the world are either born into wealth or a very affluent family. A perfect example is the Walton family. Even in Nigeria today, the so called "self made" entrepreneurs and people of status, are always a product of affluent families or high-income parents. Now the question that desperately begs for an answer is, how can one come from a poor background and beat the odds to become a high-income earner or averagely rich. Please don't tell me it's about hard work and grace, because I have seen people who work very hard and are religious, but still find it hard to break free from poverty. The only feasible option I can agree with is talent, but in a country like Nigeria where singing is the only talent that sells, what other option is available? And even at that, how many people can sign or have the privilege to harness their singing career. Ps: I am a graduate from a public university in Nigeria, and I'm still job hunting, hence my reason for putting this out there, because honestly speaking, there's no breakthrough for an average Nigerian without a solid parental/family backing. |
