Job description :


To control and monitor dealers activities
To ensure proper stocks management at the station
To ensure proper distribution of product thrrough proper order booking and follow up
To ennsure proper implementation of the daily payment system at the station
To visit depot to ascertain product situation and product schedule
To propose new plots and private developers affiliation
To doo prompt and accurate reporting of periodic activities at the station
To update the following reports when due
- Financial Review
- Month end checks, stock taking
- TOM-R
- Quality chart
- Safety Inspection (HSE audit form)
Ensure monthly reconciliation
To visit every station at least once a week and write reports
To ensure that all policies aimes at sales improvement and target realisation are observed
To hold staff meeting during incentive competition and help put in place advertising campaigns
To ensure training of staff when new projects are launched


Required skills :

Education :


Bachelors degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper division


Experience :


Two (2) - Three (3) years experience in marketing
