Business / How To Stay Ahead Of Competition In Business by ManspaceBarber(m): 8:54am On Jun 10
HOW YOUR NEW BUSINESS CAN SURVIVE A COMPETITIVE MARKET

If you’re starting or just started a new business in a competitive market, please read this.

START WITH A DIFFERENCE
Stand out in your industry by introducing new things; in product (service) or process.

New things in the industry is termed innovation.

TELL A COMPELLING STORY
To your audience, tell stories about the innovation, your values and why you're different;

The act of telling story about your innovation and its benefits is called marketing.

CONTROL YOUR COST
Be prudent with all your resources, especially with funds. Think through every spending.

Don't use more, where you can use less to achieve more.

BE PROFITABLE
Innovation and marketing, coupled with reduced cost will bring about profit.

A profitable business has a high chance of survivng in any saturated market.

I thought of experiencing coffee aroma, classic music, art, natural wood in a barbershop.

I never saw one, so I put this experience in our barbershop in Abeokuta.

This is innovation, and of course, profit is apparent.

I am on this journey with you.
Yours manly,
Manspace.

Selling pepper is not "unbefitting". In fact, no legit or morally justifiable job that fetches good income is "unbefitting"

If this is true, then what will you say about Bayer Leverkusen fans? They just won their first title since the inception of the club. People have been born, lived to old age, and died without seeing the club win any trophy.

In 2002, Bayer Leverkusen lost 3 trophies in the space of two weeks. They lost the Bundesliga on the final day, lost the DFB Pokal final, and finally lost the Champions league final to Real Madrid.

If you don't have the heart to support a club, watch other sports but not football.

Football fans even nicknamed them "Neverkusen"

richiemcgold:

In the late 80s/early 90s, we used to rock moccasins, bikers and sanchos boots . Then mid 90s came, and boom! Timbolo took over and it never looked back since then.

Tupac actually made it popular here in Nigeria. That was as far back as 1996 in his video Hit 'Em Up.
A very dope JAMZ!

Business / How Smes Can Survive The Economic Downturn by ManspaceBarber(m): 6:24pm On Feb 19
Dear SME owner,

Innovate, this is the only way to stand out.

Improvise, you need to get more creative in managing scarce resources this period.

Learn to create, revamp, reclaim, reuse, reduce and recycle materials.

Intensify your marketing, that is the best way to mitigate the effect of the economic downturn.

Minimize cost, if you want to make more profit from your revenue.

Plus: Create multiple revenue sources.

I'm on this journey with you.
Keep going. You'll succeed.

Yours manly,
Manspace.
Health / Useful Tip For The Hot Weather. by ManspaceBarber(m): 7:53am On Feb 16
If your work doesn't compel you to a uniformed outfit:

Wear T-shirts and soft material clothing that allow free flow of air into your body.

Shorts are appropriate during this period, same as sandals.

Backpack is an essential apparel to carry your effects and water bottle.

Drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.

If you work outdoor, sunglasses are necessary.

Consider wearing hat to protect your scalp.

This period, do away with tight denim if you can.

Finally, enjoy the African sun.

Yours manly,
Manspace.

How lovely would it have been to see these amazing African kings wear our jerseys?

Well, it boils down to personal decisions.

Meanwhile, kudos to all the lads who weren't born on the sacred African soil, but are Africans through blood, who gave up everything to play for Africa.

Thank you, Champions. smiley
