Almost when i was about praising the quality of African football after watching Ethiopia -Ghana Match. I was compelled to watch the replay of Congo - Mali. I dont know if someone saw this with me. The number of fouls committed, yellow Cards issued and penalties waived by the Centre Refree was too Alarming and this made the game un-interesting and boring. At a period in the game I pitied the Centre Refree because he might develop mouth problem. Does it still means we are improving in African football?
