Determine is mostly used but unigold is more accurate and is used for confirtion in case of doubts about "false positive"
That is...if a result shows positive, unigold will be used to carry the test again in order to be sure that the result was truly positive.
About the prices...one determine strip was sold to me for 180 naira, could b less in other phamarcies thou.
The normal saline (salt solution) I got it for 400 naira. It's in a big pack, they didn't have a smaller size.
The blood lansets (small needles)... I got them for #10 each.
