No I haven't.
I think it's proper 3month or at least 2month before resumption.

It was the school that gave me the scholarship they termed it "global merit scholarship"

Chemical Engineering CGPA 4.7. The offer came 2weeks after I applied

They gave you full scholarship? And how long did it take them to get back to you? And please your CGP let me know if I stand I chance.

I did not apply for the scholarship. I just applied for the program and when I received my offer I saw that I was given the global merit scholarship award. I guessed I automatically qualified for it based on merit.

You applied for a program at UCD, got a conditional offer, then applied for the global excellence scholarship and got awarded the scholarship?
or
You applied for a program at UCD, automatically qualified for a scholarship then got both the offer for the program and the scholarship award?
