To answer your questions concisely, yes the miracles may or may not have been performed by Yahweh himself. There are other extraterrestrial/extra-dimensional beings out there who can perform miracles too. I don't think that Yahweh would concern himself with taking credit for a miracle that he did not perform. It's just that he is a very popular deity/extraterrestrial so every miracle gets credited to him even if he didn't ask to be credited for them.

And if a particular extraterrestrial or extra-dimensional being wanted to be credited for a miracle he/she performed, maybe they'd say so?. Most extraterrestrials would latter that you don't even mention their name.
