Good day. I want to know how to go about my laptop. For two days now, it's been displaying a blank screen whenever it is switched on. However, I can hear the fan blade running when it's on. I've removed the battery and attached it to the laptop after that but its still the same thing. I'm really scared and I dunno what to do.

Put on your laptop and press the 'caps lock' at intervals. Does the 'caps lock' light respond to the stroking?
Does anything (colour) show on your screen?

Before installing any game application, check the 'system requiment' for that game.....processor speed, RAM size, video card, screen resolution etc

A computer tech guy can remove the "windows not genuine" message that appears at the button right corner of your screen within two minutes and you will never see it again. Your computer will perform optimally again.

Yea it shows glo network bar... whenever I click connect it just shows disconnected.
Etisalat and mtn are working perfectly on it.

Bro, check if you still have data on that Glo line and check which data package it is (ie whether it works on computer)?

What exactly is the problem? Does Glo network bars display on the profile? When you click connect, what exactly happens? Have you tried another sim (with same modem) on your computer or tried the modem (with glo sim inside it) on another computer? Is the data subscription package you have on your sim supported on computer?

Does it display anything on the screen when you press the 'on' button? If yes, press the F10 key and as it enters 'Set up' observe if it will go off or hang there.
Or you may return it back (covered by warantee)

First of all, plug that modem into another computer. If it works on that computer, you then narrow down the problem to your laptop.

1. As you press the 'ON' button, the computer produces a continuous beeping sound........

Consider replacing that keyboard

2. While butting, the computer prompts you to put in your password. As you bend to type the password, 'unseen forces' start typing letters/figures on the screen Or on the search bar......

Likely one or two buttons pressing down

3. You're working on your laptop, and all of a sudden, a key stops responding, or a whole section of your keyboard stops responding to keystrokes....

Turn your laptop upside down or tilt at an angle and clear (food) crumbs from the keyboard. You may give it a brief shake. Restarting the computer might also help.


In case of failing circuit due to hairs, dust, debris stuck inside/beneath the buttons, mild clean up with a brush may help.

REMEMBER: DUST AND WATER ARE ENEMIES OF THE KEYBOARD!
