According to Nairametrics
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) stated that commercial banks’ non-performing loans (NPLs) levels in Nigeria fell below 5% to 4.94% at the end of December 2021, for the first time in about a decade.

This was disclosed in the personal statements of the members of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC).

There's so much wealth hidden in the agricultural sector still yet to be exploited. The employment of technology in agriculture and youth inclusion will go a long way in mining the full potential of the Agro-industry. Nigeria's agricultural system is still very backward and requires a lot of government investment. Jobs can be created and people will not be hungry.

The growth of the aquaculture sector offers Nigeria its best chance of reducing its USD $1 billion seafood trade deficit, as well as helping to provide vital nutrients and jobs, according to a new publication by WorldFish.
Local aquatic food systems, which comprise fisheries, aquaculture, and related supply chains, are increasingly recognized for their ability to provide Although Nigeria’s coastal capture fisheries are strained, aquaculture can be leveraged to fill in the gaps and provide meaningful jobs along supply chains. From fish harvesting to processing and trading, these diverse income-generating activities have the potential to.........continue reading https://www.marketgists.com/aquaculture-and-nigeria-economy
