anonimi:A wise man once said that a society can cope with one or two, three fools but when they become large in numbers they can bring down a society especially when they start adorning themselves in these little hats, shirts etc, next you know they are holding AK47s and whatnot so don't underestimate the power of fools. Look our society is an anomaly where there's a reward for impunity. As long there is endless supply of money to pay off the people that could effect changes and shut them up then I'm sorry nothing can ever change. That's a reality check. |
anonimi:My brother this is a topic for another long discussion but you're not far from the truth. There are so many ingredients that culminate to this anomaly. It is essentially the system, it rewards impunity, it does not punish impunity. Its a deeply corrupt system, these are not leaders at the helm of affairs cos no leader would want to see his followers suffer, these are overlords protecting thier estate through their proteeges, Sons, families and cronies. |
From the Desk of the Mace thief. Who can forget his notoriety, his ignoble role at the past national assemblies. He thinks all Nigerians have hysterical amnesia. What a Joke... but hey welcome to Nigeria where thugs and gangstars have hijacked the political space. There's something about political office in Nigeria that once the holder loses an election he immediately has severe withdrawal symptoms that the only way to cure it is to go back to be reelected by any means necessary. |
Everybody wants share of the NATIONAL CAKE hook or by crook |
MrEar:Chosen people indeed. Lol |
dominique:.. The thing tire me. God's own people are now ammunition investigators lol |
yinkus6750:Look at this one. Epic fury spokesman from Kafanchan |
OVB123:Edo is a foremost state. The citizens of that state are aware, they follow trend and they are exposed |
Jakarta:Master strategist to the you and the army of iliterates voters but we know most of the electorates up north have no mind of their own plus the heavily flawed electoral process makes him master strategist to you and not us. |
Just look at your reasoning, I'd bet if the party you support were to be in the opposition, you wouldn't make such utterances. Now you wanna build Nigeria? What has APC been doing for the past 11 years or so akingangan: |
Welcome to the new world order

CyynthiaKiss:I'm not a fan of the Iranian Government but it's military has demonstrated that it has the capacity for a long reach, an example was the 12 days war with Israel. Why would a stable Iranian givernment want full blown war with US along with Israel it had everything to lose but now the case is different, its like revolution taking place in Iran, that Government won't go down without a roforofo fight. If you notice the US is being careful with this . My 2 cent. |
Iran has the capability to retaliate |
No wonder gumi has been crying up and down since morning. His beloved has been neutralised |
lawani:Talking about eating your cake and having it |
ebukal67x:Maybe a legislation to peg maximum number of children to 4 per family. The population of Nigeria is a ticking time bomb. |
They have started... always spreading propaganda, deflecting blame to cover thier ineptitude and backward ways of living... |
Guestmale:Of course there's nothing there in changing service chiefs, the issue here is if the rumour is true about the attempted coup then obviously there are some disgruntled elements within the armed forces,...that's the issue and it's not healthy |
jamafa:I don't know if this is sarcasm or satirical but for the sake of your message I will indulge you, for the record I'm not generalising nor do I hate him, i speak out for the Love I have for the Country and what the country could have been. I have nothing against the President nor his appointees, I don't know them... I'm just disgusted with the way things have turned from bad to worse. To his defence he didn't start it but he made it worse. I don't want go into the nitty gritty details but we all (Nigerians) are testament to this. |
The masses, the military, the oppostions are not happy with this Government, only the party supporters, members and immediate beneficiaries are happy with the party. Like the philosopher 'PLATO' once said democracy is heavily flawed, "just because an individual can win votes doesn't mean he can govern well, for when we're sick we don't go for the handsomest physician". |
buckeyemedia:What has this got to do with what we're discussing? |
zoedew:Yeah, Most Nigerians are stuck in religious dogmatism, your lame attempt to attack me or strike a chord in a religious context explicitly shows you lack critical thinking. I understand "believe in faith' is a personal thing, forgive me if you feel offended that was not the intention. Look, the issue is this, how long can religious Nigerians keep migrating (in the name of searching for greener pastures) to countries who are Non religious, who have spent their time on proper governance, they did not sit in churches and mosques all day for the level of human development they have attained, their exertions on infrastructural, human development was bore out of neccesity through meticulous planning and execution not prayers. You speak on 'work' What is work without sincerity What is work without Honesty What is work in full glare of corruption What is work with a faulty foundation What is work with instituionalize tribalism What is work without plan and vision. Look we can all play to the gallery all we want, the next wave of Nigerians migrating abroad will just be the needed catalyst for other nations to lablel Nigeria as a pariah state and tag them persona non gratas Excuse my typos. |
zoedew:Prayers, Nigerians have been praying ceaselessly, I don't do superstitions if that's what you mean. I believe more in planning and executing it meticulously. |
zoedew:Those are the lies you tell yourselves, cheap food? Or the government have embarked on food impotation spree in an attempt to crash food prices, are the farmers and stakehders not complaining that it is affecting their sales and local food production and therefore it is counterproductive. Giving an example of artificial food price in an undeveloped country like Nigeria is very unresourceful, besides it is just one aspect of Governance, what about other areas namely; Corruption Human rights violation Electoral process Non partisanship of Government institution I e effectiveness of government institutions like the security agencies and our courts. Job creation Nepotism Cronyism And transparent social programs that will take the impoverished populace out of poverty your beloved party have plunged Nigerians into for the past 10 years. Infrastructural development Look, Governance is of the whole, don't quote artificial food prices. |
zoedew:The effective you helped elect, how is it working out for you?? |
Akpakomiza2:through weaponisation of poverty, politics is the only thriving business in Nigeria. |
onatisi:an intelligent observation, unfortunately that's the crux of Nigeria's problems. |
BondRiv:what is this comment? are you serious? |
Slurity:is this a bait question or what? we are talking about constitutional breach and you are asking an annoying question. |
