I don't have root access, the only thing I noticed was that I can't boot to recovery normally unless I go through adb tools on pc...and when I clicked on update.zip, all I get is installation aborted....am tied of all this, maybe I should just wait for the ota update

what is your error and what is your build number? check about phone in settings for build number

I think it's cause they did not receive the firmware update that changes their build number to December 201512**
I think the last update helps your phone prepare for marshmallow so if u don't have that last firm ware security update it will give you that error cause am experiencing same issue.

well my update is the last update....yet i can't update with recovery and i don't have the ota update

it's because they are on infinix ROM and the partitions are of different sizes with android one.

am on android one and am having that problem

Please. Guys I have.been unable to.boot into recovery when I hold.down power button and vol+ it just boots normally.any solutions pls

having the same issue...someone please help!
