From what I read today the president of DR Congo reneged on the agreement he made with M23 rebels. Mainly Tutsis, M23 rebel, has been betrayed by the current Congo president who has massacred most of them. Therefore Kagame of Rwanda, being a Tutsi himself is helping the M23 rebels tackle government forces.
