Hello Everyone

I am looking to undertake a new project, my very first project as a thank you to someone who has done right by me, as a result I would like to ask for an estimate of how much it will cost to build a two bedroom flat which will include the following:

2 Standard Rooms (One with an ensuit bathroom)
1 Parlour
1 Kitchen
1 Laundry Room

Cost of land should not be included (has already purchased)

I know of a company that does a package to design and build a standard 2 bedroom bungalow for N3.5m. They built 4 of this standard 2 bedrooms on a plot of land and he used it as a mini estate. So be rest assured that 3.5m will get you a standard modern 2 bedroom bungalow.

Nigerians always love anything that sounds cheap.
So all of this info is just so that one avoid the services of a lawyer that will just charge a token.

Well, I love the way you made it sound so easy to do but I believe when people start going through the process they might wish they used someone already with good experience about it because so many will end up spending more or even wasting so much of their time.

I was inspired when I went to the passport office in Ikeja today and I decided to find something to eat while waiting. I took a walk around the environment and just were I sat I noticed this young girl opposite working really hard with her mum.

The young girl was actually the one turning the amala on the fire before her mum came and she held the pot for her mum. After that she went ahead to start cooking a soup I wasn't too sure of which soup it was. But her focus while doing everything was what blew my mind just seeing how the young girl enjoyed what she was doing.

I have met a girl sometime ago that didn't know how to sweep talk more of cooking all in the name of ajebo and I was completely turned off when even me as a guy can cook.

Some girls need to learn this very simple things from their childhood and left shakara for the gods.

I once mentioned that at least at 35year I should have married and settled down. However I got different opinions about it and wondered why so people said its better to get married younger than that while some others felt its cool.

It is something that I feel will have a bright future because we are definitely not going to be in recession all our lives. Even in this recession if you go to the international Airport in Lagos I believe you will see that people are taking off every single day.

I have an idea the create history by creating a job opportunity in the travel and tourism industry.

This idea entails traveling to different parts of the world and showcasing various fun places with unimaginable activities, romantic destinations, great adventures and so on.

It is something that will be shown as a program in one of the dstv entertainment stations.

I will love to know what your opinions will be about this and if you think it's something that will work and catch the attention of a wide audience.

Let's say its something like Britain got talent or the American Idol but it's focused on just talented dancers across Nigeria.
