This is over crowding man . The 3000 is too much for that size of pond. That place should take more than 500 fishes. And feeding 3-4 times a day is over feeding which isn't good for them.

Fishes are fed once a day. Infact,when they get to certain stage,no more feeding.

I used combat,Lara force if there is any attack on the stem/leave.

The rain affected the first set but the second sets are doing well with rain now. I have harvested the first set.

This is the early beans . I have dried most now. We have sunny days interval, I make sure I stay put at home and monitor the drying. Rain doesn’t fall everyday.

The conventional beans 🫘 (local) cos you may not see hybrid ones.

I have used 2012 corolla in the past, it's not a fuel guzzler like my present car, it normally goes 100km for 17 liter of fuel. I wanted to upgrade, I sold it and bought a camry, I rode the camry for 4 months, before deciding to upgrade again, which I got this Camry.

Mistakes people do. I did same and I know exactly what you are going through. I also do fill up my tank every 3 days then when petrol was still selling 200/litre. It’s up to you to throw away that money gulping machine.

There is nothing you do that will make it manage your fuel. The mechanics will keep taking money from you and deceiving you to change some stuffs but they know the truth and will never tell you to sell off.

Yes we all know by looking at the land. But the lands in Ogbomoso in Oyo state completely ruined this sensing for me. I rented 50 acres, lo and behold it was good. But when it was season for farming, the land became rain water meet rain water. I embarked on 20 acres, i didnt take out 50 Naira from that project. I left in tears and tatters

I look at lands before acquiring. If the area is fertile,I will know . I would like to do both maize and cassava at a go.

One thing I always do is take good look at the soil in any lands i want to rent. Some times, soil tests is preferred. This is because some soils have become too weak for agro production.


Always make sure by examining the land before you pay. You can also take a look at crops cultivated around your intended farm to get clues about the soil health

Exactly my calculations. In any farming business you do ba,just pray to God and ask for mercy. It’s believe that we farmers will always get *3 of what we invested but in reality,the postulations are not always true. But let put our hope in God.

See,I had to plant 🫘 and cassava ,making it multi cropping and it’s paying me off. I am harvesting the 🫘 now,maize is matured already but I am leaving it to dry off. After the harvest,the cassava will carry on and a stand of cassava sells at #300.

I think that he mentioned something like 20k to rent the tractor and maybe another 15k for plowing, I'll have to go over the OP again, but at any rate, a quick eyeballing of the figures worked out to around the neighborhood of 150k. With regards to the fueling of his okada, it's hard to imagine the kind of errands that he needs to run that would see him spend his future 500k(that's assuming that the investment is like 300k and not my initial 150k estimate) in a 3 month window. Even commercial okada riders don't spend nearly that much.

lol. Insecticides are costly. Ferlizer is around 35k /50kgbag and he needs nothing less than 20 bags in that farm. The list he can use is combat insecticides for killing captapilars and army worms🐛 which cost over 6k each. He is going to be buying cartons of all this and not pieces.
