We are recruiting for the below position: Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor Location: Lekki Lagos, Nigeria Job Description: • The ideal candidate will be primarily required to oversee the operation of a number of retail stores and ensures their smooth operation • Manage ,orientate, schedule, monitor and provide direction to retail staff including retail cashiers as well as provide leadership and coordinate staff attitude to work as a form of evaluating on the job performance • Responsible for inventory management in accordance with established policies and maintains related records • Ensure execution of in-store promotion and Merchandising guideline. • Manage different department within the store and help retail sales staff achieve sales targets. • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met. • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand • Execute flawless store visual presentation by maintaining visual and store housekeeping standards.
