We are recruiting for the below position:

Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor
Location: Lekki Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description:
• The ideal candidate will be primarily required to oversees the operation of a number of retail stores and ensures their smooth operation
• Manage ,orientate, schedule, monitor and provide direction to retail staffs including retail cashiers as well as provide leadership and coordinate staff attitude to work as a form of evaluating on the job performance
• Responsible for inventory management in accordance with established policies and maintains related records
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
• Manage different departments within the store and help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met by maintaining store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand
• Executes flawless store visual presentation by maintaining visual and store housekeeping standards.



Desired Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 1st degree in a related discipline from a reputable tertiary institution
• A minimum of 3 years operational experience within a reputable and structured business environment, including minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
• Prior general administration of related industry experience is an added advantage.
• A good understanding of -and enthusiasm for beauty and fragrances is an added advantage
• Professional appearance and demeanor, good communications skills, high level of business acumen,exceptional leadership, interpersonal, motivational and managerial skills with a mastery in written communication and presentations;
• A good driving skill with valid driver’s license is an added advantage
