I met a lady at Ghana embassy tho she said she can send it to Ghana for them to do it and DHL it back. The cost is 110k

But how long does it take to get it back?

If it comes with DHL and is new, be ready to pay huge tax. Advisable to look for someone coming to pick it for you or get it sent via post office where charges is minimal or non-existent.

If the laptop is OLD and comes tru Dhl the tax could be low.
