work experience without 5 credit or its equivalent=visa denial. Eg the case of the guy from illorin and lots i ve heard in the past.pls count the cost.

@biyi.i just got some idea from my childhood friend in the states. He said ur girl and that guy should nt travel at the same time.when the guy travel he wil stay in a different location and ur wife too will travel after like 3months and stay in a different location. By so doing divorce will be easy.and there will not be any intimacy betwen them.they can even travel together and arive at different places.he said their being intimate wil surely jeopadize ur chances due to affection and power of d oath bcuz body no b firewood. @biyi pls dont be discouraged. Life is all about risk. U ve taken the risk already. I want u to pls take ur mind away from the lady for now. If she travels ur case with her may be 'out of sight is out of mind'.d lady of that my student got to florida,divorced d guy.she started working and made good money.after like 2yrs she said 'im sorry'.she came bak to nigeria and wed d guy she met at florida.d excuse she gave was dat the guy helped her secured a high paying job(flamsy xcuse u wil say).dont be discouraged o just remove ur mind from her and pray cuz most women belive in "out of sight is out of mind". He played as single. on winning i asked him to use my lady as his wife and this worked out as both were issued d lottery visa. My question is how do i go about the whole thing to join my woman in d states as her fiance? She really wants to be equipped with enough information before traveling in d case of going with any documents that will increase my chance of join her. She also wants to get pregnant with my child before traveling. Would this work? I seek your matured and timely advises.... Thank you all...

hmmmm.anyway she must first divorce the guy when she get there.after that she wil file for u.it can take up to 2or3years to be a success.
But its complicated my guy.can u really wait. Lots of things on my mind like personal stuff 4u.
But b4 u get her pregnant make sure u do pregnancy test first.
Im talking from experience cuz it happend to one of my students 6yrs ago.

@temmytammy pls make sure u tell them this-the visa is for them.they should not be afraid.when they get the visa , they should relocate imediatdly. Tell them it is well and they should nt give devil a chance.
But the visa wont be theirs if the agent is the one that facilitate their court mariage docs.the agent may help them in backdating the cert.this is a strong evidence he might put forward to the embassy.

pls do u mean that even if one has less credit in ssce and had 5credits in gce,the co will still need to see the ssce? Pls enlighten us o.

@oayombo. Just a week. The one i did for my wife nd kids is just 4days .we did it at ikoyi.just walk in and talk maturly to any immgratn offial and u wil be fine. Goodluck.

@angel divine some lines are not properly coordinated during ur interview i guess. Pls try sit together fashion out some common answers again, i guess u will be fine. But im having a feeling they might visit u cuz one our family frend that won was visited after abt 3 interviews thats dv2007.do u knw what saved them? It was their trad mariage pix on the wall and at the time of visit d man was on hunges.imagine they brot their own pix to confirm.once ur mariage is genieu,u wil get ur pali.always be at home wekends and public holidays.i wish u success and u wil be granted visas in Jesus name.

dos is having some challenges due to last year cancelation. I guess dos decided to monitor the results themself thats why they instructed kcc to select a few winners may 1st. Come october more and more people will win especialy from this thread. No hard feelings, it only give us more time to prepare our doc.

Under occupation the question says "within the last 5 years, I have worked at least two years in a job that requires at least 2 yeas of training or experience". I have acually worked in a finance org for about 3 years but I started as a fresh graduate. Do I have to fill yes or no? Thx for helping out guys

pastor pls be very careful when filling ur forms. Get all documents ready first. Dates are very important. Just cool down dont rush. Start dreaming america. Your interview starts now. What ever u do or fill on ur forms will have an effects on ur interview day. Prepare ur doc first then go tru d forms very well b4 filling them. Goodluck.

@bussyme u are on point.@temmy i used my intl pasport regulary wen going to ghana and its stamped at each border i cross since 2009.pls is it the same type (i mean depart/arrival border stamped passport)u submitted during ur interview. Abeg no vex i just wan knw o.

CONFIDENCE IS VERY IMPORTANT DURING INTERVIEW. IT TELLS ALOT ABOUT THE APPLICANT. US WANT PEOPLE THAT ARE BOLD AND CAN MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. i have a feeling the result is a batch by thing.the dos website says u can check ur result all tru the months in the fiscal year. So theres a posibility.@temmy.i tink the guy denied visa may be as a reslt of the following

*not able to defend marriage
*not able to express himself.

guys im thinking of sumthing o. Last year's result had problem thats why there is a re-draw july 15th that year. The dv 2013 confirmation page has sumthing called DIGITAL SIGNATURE. I think this is to avoid last year's mess. What do u think?
