Sorry to disturb you. While filling the visa form, it ask for the ielts test provider and the reference number.

Please, where can I find both of these? Is it the UKVI number on the result or the Test report form number?

If your Zenith card is a dollar card you can use it. if not, tell your brother in the UK to pay for you.
