when rabbit caught tortoise while stealing from him
he tied tortoise at the cross road where everyone could see.
people going to the market praise rabbit for catching the wayward tortoise
at night the same people coming back from the market saw tortoise still tied to the cross road
they were bitter and said what a wicked way the rabbit went too far.
they gathered and scolded the rabbit for being too mean.


moral of the story is for you to decide
