Well, congratulations on your new found baby, I wished you had gone for the Redmi note 9 pro though, I just sold not quite long, my own s9+ duos, the battery sucks badly even after reducing screen resolution, put on battery saver and no AOD, screen edge lighting etc.
And to cap it up, exynos heating issues will scare you now that you're going into gaming. The device is good but for those issues, Let's see how it goes sha.

Stay away from the Samsung a50, I recommend either the poco x3 or note 8 pro. The a50 heats up really fast and drains battery super fast, exynos 9610 is crazy compared to either the g90t or 732g

The truth is asides the camera, the poco x3 beats the pixel 4a hands down in specs. Your choice is a function of what you're after, if its pictures, better software support and if you like a stock android and don't mind the battery, you're good with the pixel 4a, if you're however a regular guy and don't mind managing just 1 or 2 years sofware upgrade, the poco x3 is awesome and also cheaper

My brother, if you like it plain and pure stock without customizations and beautiful skins, go for pixel, but for dual sim functionality, awesome OxygenOS, and other customization, 6t is a go for you, One OnePlus supports their phones for 3-4 years too, so 6T will get android 11.

Any day the s9 beats the A50 hands down, forget the 4000mah battery, that phone drains battery like something else, a little work load and the exynos9610 starts heating up. So if you are lucky to get the s9 plus, you're good to go.

OnePlus devices are superb and gives you better value per price than Samsung, Huawei, LG, Sony.
Xiaomi leads the best of the rest, offering better value per price. You will all agree with me that low end and mid range devices from the top tier manufacturers can't match up with the devices that Xiaomi offers, they may have issues with delivering updates to their devices but they are still the best of the rest.
Tecno and Infinix focus on the entry range devices and their value per price is poor, they use entry SoCs for their devices and add huge battery and high pixel lens.
