Travel / Cotonou To Warri In One Day? by matmatmat: 2:51pm On Jul 15, 2017
Hi everyone,

In a few weeks I am planning on traveling from Cotonou (Benin Republic) to Warri (Delta State) by road. I know that I can either take the ABC bus or a shared taxi from Missebo in Cotonou. If I remember well, both of these options only take me to Mile 2 in Lagos (is that correct?).

From there, where can I get transportation to Warri? Any bus company is fine. I would just like to know which motor park I need to transfer to (not too far from Mile 2 if possible).

Thanks a lot in advance!
Travel / Nigerian Citizenship By Registration For Foreigner Married To A Nigerian Woman? by matmatmat: 3:38pm On Jan 21, 2016
Hi everyone,

I am a French citizen married to a Nigerian woman, and my wife and I are trying to understand whether or not I am eligible for Nigerian citizenship by registration through our marriage. We want to spend more time in Nigeria and it would make our life a lot easier if I don't have to apply for a visa every time.
That information seems to be hard to obtain (apparently the law says it is possible for foreign wives of Nigerian men, but nothing about the other way around), so I am wondering if anyone here actually has first hand experience trying to obtain citizenship this way, either successfully or not.

Any tips welcome... Also on which institution can be contacted for that matter (local embassy or immigration in Lagos? Abuja?)

Thanks a lot!

-Mat
