A denial of service attack (DOS/

There are several general
categories of DoS or DDOS
attacks. Generally, the DoS attacks
are divided into 3 classes:
Bandwidth Attacks
Protocol Attacks
Logic Attacks
What is Distributed Denial of
Service Attack?

In DDOS attack, the attacker
launches the hack using several
machines. In this case, an
attacker breaks into quite a lot of
machines, or coordinates with
several zombies to launch an
attack against an aim or network
at the same time.
This makes it tricky to detect
because attacks instigate from
several IP addresses. If a single IP
address is attacking a website, it
can be blocked by its firewall. If it
is 30000 this is tremendously
difficult.
Damages made By Denial of
service attack:

Over past years Denial of service
attack has made enormous total
of damage; many of them have
been the victim of this attack.
Its Real, on February 6th,
2000, Yahoo portal was shut
down for 3 hours. Then retailer
Buy.com Inc. (BUYX) was striked
the next day, hours after going
public. By that evening, eBay
(EBAY), Amazon.com (AMZN), and
CNN (TWX) had gone dark (down)
. And in the morning, the chaos
continued with online broker
E*Trade (EGRP) and others
having traffic to their sites
virtually choked off.
This attack also recently
hit twitter on 6th August 2009,
lot of people had trouble on
logging on twitter, It was
brought down by denial of
service attack, they tired up there
server so no one can get on log
on it. Websites like Facebook,
Ebay etc… have also been victim
of this attack earlier.

Now these days windows XP is too old to use. So, you have to switch into newer versions of windows such as 7, 8 or 8.1. But if you are a beginner then you face some problem to boot it into a DVD or pendrive (USBs). We will help you to do that properly with picture tutorial.

How To Make Bootable Windows 7, 8, 8.1 DVD or USB:
1. First open - Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool.

2. Now click on - Browse and select .iso file of Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 any one of this and hit - Next.

3. Then select USB or DVD which device you want to boot. I select USB device.

5. Wait few minutes and then copying will be complete 100%.

6. Exit - Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool and you have ready your Bootable Pendrive.
