In 2016 one agent was arrested for submitting a fake SOA. How did UK find out, they called the bank to verify the account statement and asked for the balance of the date he submitted and it turned out it wasn't as same in the bank.
If bank could divulge such info why on earth do you think they won't find out if the funds is there by requesting for updated bank statement.
Now that updated bank statement requested is an avenue to checkmate the applicant.
Need I remind you that misrepresentation often times occurs when you have removed the said POF after submission and refund it back after requested for updated SOA.
That you did it countless and manage to scale through doesn't mean another applicant will.
Just as our destiny differs in life.
They know most applicant pay for POF, and they also know our Privacy in Nigeria is porous and not too hard to crack.
With little offer you will be sold by your bankers.
You sleep and wake up to see your funds in your account but some sleep to wake up to see an empty account without trace of disappearance.
You look at your Soa and notice ghost transactions but your funds are intact but you never know when those transactions went through your account.

Ps: make I shock you, do you know your financial instution can sell your SOA to an applicant whom you share same name with? 😆 😂 😆

All this hurdles is what the embassy face from millions of applicants yearly.

A candidate who's working and presenting their account and Payslip but a relative will be paying his fees while the applicant takes on the living expenses.

Will the applicant refer to the relative in his applicant as a Sponsor or co-sponsor ‽

Co-sponsor with strong convincing SOP and relationship.

All depends on ur duration of study. Your kids depends on their age should be able to join you provided they can do it by themselves in other words be allowed to fly...

My Sister applied a year ago but was refused due to insufficient POF, there was lodgment of 10m on fixed deposit till now (i.e 10m still there for the 1year period). We want to re-apply and hoping to top up the amount due to increased student amount to 20,650 CAD. We're hoping to upload Evidence of sales of property to proof past lodgment - (Documents such like Deed of Assignment and Land Survey, Sales offer letter using company's letter head payment will be uploaded. The balance will route through support or second sponsor from family. Please advise if this approach will increase Visa chances.

Listen carefully if you sell a property the funds should be sent to your commercial account from the third party.
Secondly that funds can be used to do business of TB, Fixed or whatever.
There should be a turnover in the account which emanated from the investments
If the funds keep going to/fro and also other personal expense likewise.
You ought to make sure that it still works for you regardless of how much u lodge.
Again 10m is low to start with
Build up and re fire with evidence showing sales/deed, when the payment was sent in your account, how the funds have been used overtime and if the funds is readily available.
So even if you fund your account today with 10m from ur other bank show proof of source too.
That bank should show that u have been using ur liquid funds to do one business or another.
Don't sit idle waiting for the day u will apply , an idle account is a dormant account.
A dormant account with huge funds is like a decoy waiting for something to detonate it.

Book IOM and go with your international passport hard copy not expired. It will be used to confirm ur identity. After you will get a paper which you will use to raise webform and send to IRCC.

You can apply as Lone applicant while spouse join after you arrive in Canada. It all depends on your financial situation

Book your airline and fly to canada. Get to school and pay in cash.
You can pay via flywire or paymytution via Credit card
Dont send money 2 a wrong account. Be careful not to loose your money

Your desperation will lead to your frustration. Better coordinate yourself properly and allow them do there job. Nobody force u apply for there portal. Be patient.

I got a mail from my bank and this reads that FCY since jan 2021 to Jan 31 2024 , all the foriegn inflow charges will be deducted automatically. So what was the essence of the former charges that I don't get on an individual basis
