Try as much as possible to avoid beverages or drinks containing a large amount of caffeine and other substance that makes you hyper-active... ...Take alot of fruits and vegetables especially Ugu....try extracting the green sap or fluid from the ugwu leaves and mix with peakmilk (boost the productn of blood)....take lots of thick soyamilk too.... ...above all, include exercise into your routine....It keeps the weight of the mother and child incheck.... ...Dont be lazy, you can still pound yam (talking from experience).... ...Do your washing and laundry ...Do morning jogs and running....etc Kind of ma woman....lol |
