Just "tell"? ........ But if dem criticize them now they'll swing into action....as this one no too concern them(na citizens day hear am) they are just doing their usual abracadabra until they end up giving stupid reasons why it might not go back to how it was before.
franvincoop: The only record I want is for 2 African countries to meet at a World cup and for Argentina to play Portugal make this goat matter end once and for all.
Portugal and Argentina can only meet in the Final......so it will be hard.
So how will he be punished now?....what kind of punishment will be meted on him?.
The owner of the gun and his immediate guardian should be charged with negligence and should face a brutal punishment...... America's leadership need to also do something about the amount of guns circling around and how easy it is for every tom, dick and Harry to get a gun.
The last time this "it is my turn" thing was heard it didn't go well and the calamity is still ongoing even as we speak.....My advice to Imo people is to make sure this man doesn't get anywhere near that sit of power if not....
lionphil: There's more to all these that meets the eye... Step back a bit. You're aware that Russia is been hit with a barrage of drones, right? That really started happening around this period where a peace deal was being sought. Ukraine has become emboldened because oil and gas are now flowing freely to other countries. If Russia tells Iran, block this Strait of Hormuz so that there'll be chaos in those countries and supply to Ukraine will diminish. Just think about it.
Who gave Ukraine Intel on locations to Russian ammunition stockpiles... Now who gave Iran location to US bases across the Middle East?
This is a proxy war and the main agents are playing their cards well. At the end of it all, China would likely be the main winner.
Just my thoughts though.
Yes there is always the factor of proxies in conflicts like this but I don't think Iran would risk their main source of revenue(oil) just because Russia asked them to......Iran hasn't denied the attack on the cargo ship as well which means it was a deliberate act.
Codes151: Una go just they type without reasoning. Sometimes it disgust me when ppl like ya don’t have integrity or dignity. That’s why you will be quick to defend anything even against your own Country.
Did USA and Iran not sign agreement which also cover Lebanon? Iran even fighting for weak country like Lebanon.
Did Isreal not go and attack Lebanon after that agreement? Which prompted Iran to close the strait again?
Why will USA try to pass knowing fully that that’s the situation?
Now Iran bombs what tried to pass and USA hit Iran ship.
Now now you come to defend and talk without knowing anything
Seems like Iran no longer have a central leadership..... it's possible that hydra cells are going rogue and acting on their own which is a typical sign of a defeated nation.
Nonetheless....this actions of Iran is also proving that Netanyahu was right afterall to have refused negotiations with them....his experience with their likes over the years must have sharpened his perceptions regarding them....as for the dvmb Iranian leaders, let them keep on attracting more enemies and negative attention to themselves by illegally blocking international water way or tolling it in the name of fighting Israel and US....they'll see what they're looking for soon enough.
The US military has conducted strikes on Iranian targets after President Donald Trump accused Iran of a "foolish violation" of its truce following an attack on a cargo ship in the Strait of Hormuz.
No casualties were reported when the ship was struck by a one-way attack drone on Thursday, an incident which prompted a planned evacuation of more than 11,000 sailors stuck in the region.
In response, US Central Command said on Friday it had struck missile and drone storage facilities and coastal radar positions. There has been no comment yet from Iran.
Just moments before the strikes were announced, President Trump said "you'll see" when asked if the US would respond to the Iranian attack.
US Central Command - or Centcom - described the strikes as "a powerful response" to the drone attack.
"The unwarranted aggression against commercial shipping by Iranian forces clearly violated the ceasefire," it said in a statement.
"Furthermore, Iran's dangerous behavior undermined freedom of navigation as commerce increasingly flows through the vital international trade corridor."
Centcom said the US military would "continue to provide safe passage coordination and support to commercial vessels transiting the strait".
For the moment, it is unclear if the US attacks were isolated or form part of a larger, ongoing response.
After US and Israeli attacks against Iran began at the end of February, Tehran effectively closed the strait - a critical waterway for oil and gas shipments - causing a spike in global oil prices and choking off shipments of other crucial commodities such as fertiliser.
The US and Iran agreed on 17 June to end hostilities under a 14-point memorandum of understanding, which had also called for Iran to use its "best efforts for the safe passage of commercial vessels with no charge for 60 days".
Speaking to reporters at the White House on Friday afternoon, Trump refused to be drawn into questions on how the US might respond to the drone attack, or whether he viewed the ceasefire as still intact.
"You'll find out," he said. "I don't like the fact that they took a shot yesterday. They shouldn't be doing that."
Asked why he believed Iran would conduct such an operation, Trump said only that "they're a little bit different".
In recent days, Trump and other US officials insisted negotiations with Iran were progressing well, saying Iran had given up any suggestion of tolling vessels transiting through the Strait of Hormuz.
In a Truth Social post on Wednesday, Trump said Iran had informed the US that there would be "no tolls, no insurance costs and no other charges of any kind being sought or received".
"If this is false information, negotiations would end, immediately," he added.
The US has condemned reports that Iran is charging fees to tankers going through the strait, and many see any tolling system as going against international maritime law.
On Tuesday, Iranian and Omani officials held talks in Oman's capital of Muscat to discuss "the future management of navigation", although Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al-Busaidi said both countries were committed to "toll-free safe passage".
However, Iran's chief negotiator, Mohammed Bagher Ghalibaf, told state-affiliated news outlets that "everyone should know that the administration of the Strait of Hormuz will never go back to the way it was before the war."
The only way to save this sinking ship is to either disintegrate/regionalized it or individuals can decide to either jump off if they're bouyant enough or stay and hope for the best.
All those politicians should also resign and join the army as well as start farming while we replace them there if na like that.....after making the country hard they'll just come and be opening mouth waaah!!!.
Golden opportunity for those jobless 30k monthly praise singers to show their love and patriotism to the country and the government and also make themselves useful instead of wasting away their lives..... someone should name them so they can come and apply while we cheer them from afar and at least be happy for them for making themselves useful and following up their preachings here with actions.

According to him, the vision is supported by a “Soldier-First” culture that places priority on the welfare of personnel and their families as a key driver of operational success.
“We are also improving our deployment strategies and employing modern technology as a force multiplier in our efforts to quickly degrade all forms of criminality across the country,” he said.
He reiterated that Nigerian troops remained actively engaged in operations nationwide, saying their efforts had significantly degraded Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, separatist elements and other criminal groups threatening national security.
He assured Nigerians that the Army would continue to discharge its constitutional responsibilities in line with the rules of engagement and with respect for human rights.
The Army chief also announced that activities marking the 2026 Nigerian Army Day Celebration had commenced, with this year’s theme titled, “Protecting the Nation and Serving the People: A Way Forward for the Nigerian Army.”
