You see the problems of this government, they just finished telling Nigerians that in 18 months time they will stop importation of PMS now they know that that is not fixable, the minister is now admitting before hand that it is not realizable come 18 months time. |

No that amount will not suffice for what you are describing, you will need nothing less than 12 to 13or more millions to put it to a manageable level. Here is a picture of the a four bedroom I just finished this month with almost 8 million it costed.
