They have taken The gov to Court which was what the remove LG Chair men in Osun did and the Appeal Court has ruled against Adeleke. Adeleke just wanted to play a smart game. The Edo LG chairmen should also be brought Back once the Court rules.

The Atorney General has been consistent in his interpretation that no gov can remove a LG chairman. What he said in Osun was what he said also about Edo. I am disgusted with the way some Obidients are supporting the unconstitutional removal of LG Chairmen by Adeleke simply because he is not in APC. Imagine the rubbish influence they would have had on Obi if Obi had won the presidency. That does not portray them as patriotic citizens since they can only see the law through the spectrum of pro and anti- APC. They would have turned Nigeria to a banana republic. On Rivers, The Federal High Court said the 27 are still members of PDP.

Why? Fubara did not bring their letters of resignation to the court as a proof that they have decamped.
He also could not provide a register or ID showing that they have registered with APC.
Court expressly told him TV show is not an enough evidence. They can only be a support to the main "documented" evidences.

Here is a leguslator defecting without any issue. Many have also done so without quarrel. But why is the defection of Rivers legislators becoming contentious? Is it not the sane defection?
