1. I got many m3 users in my area, in the area were i live i don't get 3G when using MTN on my M3 but other areas i get 3G but my neighbour who recently bought his M3 gets full 3G network in my area(H+), i held his phone put on my 3G on my phone but i still got edge and his own was still showing full 3G , i got another neigbours phone who also uses M3 put on his 3G but it was still showing edge and still this guy who recently bought his M3 was geting full 3G, i thought it was a sim issue but when i took my sim and put in his phone it showed full 3G(H+), i took his sim and put in my phone and was still geting edge while my sim was showing 3G in his phone, what is the cause? I need 3G because am at home most part of the day after work.
2. If i use conectify on my pc to share my pc internet my m3 cannot find my pc as a wireless network but my friends tab finds it and conects well. What is the cause.

Ok am back gone are the days when you will be limited to 100mb a day with droid vpn, yea terminal emulator makes it unlimited but here a better alternative open vpn which you can use to browse and download unlimited, ok i know most of you already know how to use it but got no servers maybe due to lack of finance, i am giving out my servers for free which you can use till you get tired of browsing. Send an email with a msg that you need the open vpn servers to maxibrainz55@ gmail dot com, in your email indicate you are from nairaland m3 thread download open vpn for android from playstore (take note not open vpn conect), when you get the servers, open the open vpn, tap the folder icon down right to add the servers, click any of the servers and wait till it conected, i would drop a trick later on how to make it conect fast

bashorundon: Are there any? I mean have they produced such already? Cos i might need some. Kindly provide a link if you have any. Thanks.

yes my friend bought one of them and it powers his laptop for 2hours then run down, the capacity is 11000mah, it cost him 11k to bring it here

bashorundon: It's 12000mAh. It costs 15.something dolls. The seller used SingaporePost.
1. The same way u identify one on Aliexpress. However, a TopMerchant symbol depicts a good seller. Check for feedbacks and reviews too.
2. Yeah. You can chat with a seller but then, all i've always done is send message to my potential sellers...with quick response.
3. No card verification. If you'll be using a Mastercard, you might need to register on Mastercard's website after you must have gotten a token device from your bank. I used a GTBank's.
I hope this helps.

thanks alot

assalaamat: For your own good,do not use swiss post, bcs if you do you're gonna get your order after two months. As a matter of fact,i made an order for an android phone on the 29th sept.2013,it was supposed to have been shipped via singerpore post but the seller went ahead to use swiss post, and it arrived yesterday,18th sept.2013,though disappointed but i thank god.I'm going to get it on thursday at the post office sha.

swiss is different from Sweden both are different countries. Thanks all the same for the advice

Have anyone here ordered laptop power banks, how effective is it

huzaifaidris: I shared the link and the price earlier but here you go again. I paid approximately 51k for the laptop and dhl shipping. Last time I checked, seller reduced $10 on item. Here's the link : www.aliexpress.com/item/Cheap-New-14-inch-

you didn't answer my question concerning the laptop you bought

bashorundon: I bought some today too albeit at a lesser price on DhGate. Next time, try buying on DhGate. I think the goods on there are less expensive.

what is the capacity of the power bank you bought, how much does it cost, you used which free shipping post, thanks. I have not used dhgate before so here are my questions
1. how do I identity a good seller on dhgate
2. can I chat with the seller the way I chat with sellers on aliexpress
3. do I need to verify my card with dhgate by submitting some documents before I start using my card on dhgate or can I use my card straight away without any verification hitches just like I do on aliexpress. thanks

Have anyone here in the house used sweden post before, am getting 12000mah power bank for 19usd seller is using sweden post.
@Fursh that your seller have refused to respond to my msg, got to find an alternative most sellers on Aliexp dont ship power banks to Nigeria using free shiping, you got to search and search to find sellers that ship free to Nigeria

huzaifaidris: I placed the order on Friday 8th of Nov,Aliexpress confirmed payment on saturday and seller shipped same saturday. I tracked it and after reaching lagos and getting custom clearance, it departed lagos and since then the tracking was not updated so I decided to go to the office to check. I went there and it was there already

Link: seller reduced the price by $10,when I bought it,it was $274 (without shipping)

the laptop does it have an ejectable CD ROM because the last laptop my friend and I bought has a sensor CD ROM that not ejectable, you just slot in your CD and play just like that, what i was not happy with is the space for the CD ROM was just left open like that, no cover but in general it was a nice laptop, 250gb hd, 3GB ram, battery life 2hour 30mins and has bluetooth webcam and wifi, though we have not goten complains from customers we keep ordering because people just love it, bought for 47k and each we make 8-10k profit on resale but am looking for a better option due to this CD ROM stuff, customers complain about it but checking other qualities the fall in love with it, but i want something that my customers will feel 100% satisfied. Pls what the hard disk and RAM size of the laptop you purchased and does it have wifi, webcam and bluetooth, when using it how long does the battery last. I have seen the specs you posted which i know is from aliexp but i want your own review of the product after you used it.

Guys stop quoting my post if you need the mtn trick just send your mail, no need to quote me that you just sent a mail

justicesky24: Abeg anybody don play modern combat 4(mc4)for this tecno m3

yes am currently playing the game on my m3 and it working fine

donpapaecko: happened too mW sometime, I loaded card of 3000 4 6gig, made a mistake and subd 4 600mb @1,500 b4 morning its all gone and till date d sim refuse to browser...

Na me suppose vex pass, i load 3300 on one of my airtel sim, i tried to transfer 3000 to another sim so i could subcribe for 6gb bundle, during the transfer i got a msg that my transfer request cannot be completed at the moment but checking my airtel sim the 3000 has been deducted and checking the other sim i sent it to, the 3000 was not there, my hard earned 3000 suspended in the air . Immediately i called their customer care the said the are sorry that it would be resolved and refunded after 24hrs, 24hrs no refund i called again the said 48hrs, 48hrs no refund, i called again the said i should give them more time to sort the issue, each time that what the tell me, 7 days now gone still no refund, i called today same story pls be patient we would notify you when the issue is resolved, none of them can tell me specificaly when it would be resolved

Xtfield: I sent you a mail about a week ago but no response

O sorry pls resend your mail

texaco1: an important question hasn't been asked on this thread and I will like to ask it,
Which market makes more money and profit for nigerian biz men, the chinese market or the american market ? I think all importers on this thread really need to deliberate on this issue

The chinese market make more profit because:
1. Cheaper products
2. Free shiping, i am importing a product from US it takes 14 days to get to me (paid shiping) and i am importing same product from china i get free shiping which takes 15-18 days to get to me so what thd difference.
Talking about quality of chinese products, if you want something good you pay good money, i know many electronic dealers in my area who deal mostly on chinese products and their customers have not complained about quality. US product on ebay and co are cheap but shiping cost makes everything expensive.
I just love the flexibility of aliexp, very eary to use:
1. Am accepted as a Nigerian
2. No paypal issues, i make use of my master card
3. I chat real time with sellers, get advice from them, make purchases and build a relationship over time with them.
4. I bargain, bargain and bargain with sellers.
I just love aliexp

Let not derail this thread all those asking for MTN trick send your msg to maxibrainz55@ g m a i l dot com, in your msg state the device you want to use the trick and in your msg indicate you are from nairaland. I got it free and am giving it out free no charges

I am looking for an effective solar panel laptop charger and an effective solar panel phone charger, pls anyone here who have imported such product should tell me how good it is, PHCN AKA NEPA is not trying at all in my area. I already know that solar power banks at Aliexp, their solar charging is not effective at all that why i want to go for solar panel chargers, so anyone here who have purchased a solar panel charger should drop his review tanx. There is a product called sunking used by neighbour which has solar light and solar charger for mobile phones, it comes with a solar panel and the solar charging is very effective. I found the product on Amazon but it too expensive, it would cost me 9k to get it, if it could also charge my laptop i won't bother getting it,but it just for mobile phones, so am searching for an alternative at aliexp

Preboy: tanks bt there are 2 problems
1. no PC
2. I no trust NEPA

ok try this out subscribe for the 2H plan on your android phone, get any app that requires internet conection to work like 2go, make sure it is runing in the back ground and it should not close, now open any of your browsers and you can browse for the 2hrs don't download and don't stream videos, now once you get a msg that you have exhausted the 2hour plan, immediately send 103 to 131, now start all your download, stream any video you want. Just make sure a particular app e.g 2go is runing in the background to maintain your internet connection and your phone should not go off. Enjoy

jemmiee: sori swt.... it doesn't work anymore

droid vpn with mtn still works i use it and have done it for many people but i cant explain what have happened to my mtn sim of recent my mtn sim in my m3 browses and downloads without credit, it just that the network is so unstable as in my network signals disapear every 5mins

Am back today am going to show you how to download unlimitedly with your mtn sim, pls o i used this on pc but am yet to try it out on my m3, let get started:

1.Load #300
2.subscribe mtn 2hrs plan by sending 2H to 131, wait till you get a welcome msg from mtn
3. Start browsing with it but don,t download or browse video sites with it cuz mtn would reduce the network strenghth to 60kb/s
step 4: just browse till you finish the 2hours then quickly send 103 to 131 you receive a msg that is still active, just start your downloading. Note you must not disconect your modem, enjoy download till your hard disk full or NEPA takes your light.when i say do not disconect your modem i mean, after you click the conect icon on your modem, do not click disconect till you have downloaded all you want because once it disconect that ends your browsing

pls i need an application that can track the location of anybody calling me and an application that can hack wifi connections

dedainty: i want 2 transfer some files to my phn (techno m3) thru my laptop,bt my laptop is tellin me to insert disk.pls wat shld i do, someone shld help me,

alternatively if your laptop got wifi download an app called feem on your pc and phone, you can use it to transfer files via wifi between your pc and phone. For the pc version search google and for your phone download from play store
